• Efficient, organized backroom operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates.
• Maintains Store Standard pertaining to image and trends in store.
• Ensures product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”
• Receives merchandise following policies and documents receiving/return of goods.
• Supports Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Clean image to customers per uniform policy and dress code.
• Acknowledge and assist customers in aisles.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and store standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
