Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to work at a retail location in Alberta. This role is 6 hours per week on weekdays, with a starting rate of $18 per hour.

You will be out in the field, building relationships with store personnel and ensuring displays meet Planogram standards. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining product displays, updating pricing, submitting reports, and executing account-specific initiatives such as bookings and end caps.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Make packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers.
• Bring products from storage and fill displays following a Planogram.
• Update seasonal displays/pricing.
• Place product orders.
• Execute account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs.
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

About the Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 6 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $18/HR

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:

• Able to maintain a professional demeanour with the public and store personnel when performing duties

• Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
