Job summary

Match Retail in Corner Brook, NL is hiring for a Merchandising Contractor to manage in-store activations for Nespresso. You will visit stores, set up displays, and ensure products are presented according to brand guidelines.

This Independent Contractor role offers flexible hours, an hourly rate, and the chance to work hands-on with major retailers across Canada. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to self-manage remotely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs at POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage per national plan.
• Maintain negotiated footprint in stores.
• Manage machine stock to ensure assortment and minimize stockouts.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tastings.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area and tasting station.
• Provide reporting with actions and recommendations to Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in assigned stores.

About the Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
