Match Retail is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Carbonear, NL. You will visit stores to ensure shelves showcase SKUs, install signage, and maintain brand standards. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate, with the autonomy to manage your own schedule.

You’ll work with Nespresso and other major retailers, building relationships, reporting outcomes after each store visit, and acting as a Brand Ambassador in assigned locations.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

About the Role
