Job summary

Match Retail is seeking an independent contractor merchandiser to visit stores across Canada, ensure shelf presence, install promotional signage, and manage product displays for Nespresso brands.

You will support stock, update capsule sampler packs, and provide reporting to the Nespresso team while representing the Match Retail brand in assigned locations. This contract role offers autonomy and flexible hours, ideal for self-managed workers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and access to a reliable car required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU\'s listed by POS
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
