Base pay range

CA$18.00 / yr - CA$19.50 / yr

Role Overview

The Merchandiser improves the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in retail stores. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing resets, building displays, managing impulse item displays, and implementing plan-o-grams, new item placements, stock rotation, and void corrections.

Ideal Candidate

A self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Maintain store presentation standards, build displays, install fixtures, and manage inventory.
• Identify opportunities for incremental display space to increase sales.
• Visit multiple stores daily on an assigned route.
• Build relationships with store staff and management.
• Collaborate on initiatives like new product launches and contests.
• Ensure full distribution and proper display of products.
• Follow safety practices and company policies.
• Complete assigned projects and duties.

• Availability Monday-Friday, mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• 1-2 years merchandising, grocery, or retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Smartphone access capable of running company apps.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, mornings and afternoons, with approximately 20-25 hours per week.
