Why this role is important?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MERCHANDISING:

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Be an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
• Maintain store standards related to image and trends.
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'.

RECEIVING:

• Receive merchandise according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized backroom.
• Complete proper documentation for receiving and returns.
• Support Store Managers in maintaining quality and standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Present a clean image in accordance with uniform policy.
• Initiate acknowledgment and assistance to customers.

GENERAL:

• Comply with health, safety, store standards, and loss prevention policies.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Efficiency, organization, and neatness.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Accuracy and efficiency in cash handling (if applicable).

Experience:

• Basic computer and cash register skills.
• Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
