Rainbow Greenhouses Inc. supplies indoor and garden plants to retailers in Western Canada and North Western US. We are seeking highly motivated and hard-working individuals to merchandise our products at our Walmart Plant Centers in Regina, SK. This role starts as very part-time at 3-4 hrs per week, making it ideal for students, second jobs, or those seeking a flexible position. Job Summary: Merchandisers are responsible for caring for and presenting live goods in retail stores, restocking products, maintaining visual displays, and managing pricing and inventory. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow directions thoroughly.

• Take ownership of tasks, completing them with full effort from start to finish.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Physical work, able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, and reach.
• Unloading carts of products onto tables or carts.
• Pricing products as needed.
• Reporting inventory needs to supervisors.
• Merchandising displays according to standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Education:

• Smartphone required for email, photos, etc.
• Flexible schedule preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle is a plus but not mandatory.
• Safety-toed shoes required for shifts.

Preferred Skills: Excellent people skills, adaptability, organizational skills, problem-solving, and physical capability for manual labor. Merchandising experience is a plus.
