Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Ensure store areas are clean, neat and presentable.
• Contribute to a positive, safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, merchandising and monthly sales planning.
