Turner & Townsend in Ottawa is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant with 5+ years in MEP estimating. The role focuses on cost estimates, market analysis, and cost management across Canada, including client interactions and proposals. A strong background in construction economics and professional memberships is preferred.

The base salary range is $75,000 - $110,000 per year with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.

• Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
• Lead client and consultant interactions, ensuring project accountability and effective financial management.
• Oversee post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and monthly cost report.

Job Description

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate)
• A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field
• Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS, CIQS, AACEI).
• Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP)

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $110,000per year.Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
