Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yorkton and Area is seeking a Mentoring Caseworker to provide guidance and support for community and school-based mentoring programs in Yorkton and the surrounding area. You will establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensure sound and innovative program practices, and assist in planning fundraising and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year diploma in education, social or human sciences, child and youth development, or family studies.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate training in human growth and development, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Be a positive role model fostering supportive interactions with youth, volunteers and community members.

Qualifications:
