The Mental Health Worker provides services to transitional-aged outpatients (18 to 25 years) as part of the inter-professional team. The Mental Health Worker has the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, coordinate and provide treatment and support services to Clinic clients. They function as an inter-professional team member, providing a range of clinical services, including assessment, group, individual, couple and/or family therapy where indicated, as well as community liaison and collateral work regarding clients. They role model professional and organizational core competencies.
