An established industry player is seeking Registered Practitioners of Psychotherapy to join their supportive team. This role offers the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while ensuring you are not alone in your journey. With a focus on collaboration, the practice provides essential administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters—your clients. Ideal for those transitioning from public service, this opportunity includes professional office space, peer consultation, and ongoing learning. If you are passionate about making a difference and ready to grow your practice, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Now Hiring: Registered Practitioners of Psychotherapy.
Private practice can feel like a dream—flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to focus entirely on the work that matters most: your clients. But stepping into that world alone can be overwhelming. That’s where we come in.
Our practice was built on the belief that therapists shouldn’t have to choose between professional independence and the support of a team. We are a group of practitioners who are diverse in all the ways who have come together to offer something different. A place where clinicians can bring their full selves to their work, knowing they are supported by a community that values collaboration, inclusion, and care.
We take care of the administrative headaches—scheduling, billing, and intake—so you can focus on what you do best: helping people. If you’re currently working in the public sector and considering private practice, this could be the right opportunity to build a caseload while maintaining the stability of your current role. We provide the infrastructure and guidance to make the transition seamless. Our office space is professional and welcoming, with parking on-site. Our privacy-compliant electronic medical record system ensures smooth, secure communication with clients, whether you’re seeing them in person or virtually.
To practice with us, you’ll need to be in good standing with a regulatory body authorized to provide the controlled act of psychotherapy in Ontario: the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario; the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario; the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers; the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario; the College of Nurses of Ontario; the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. You should also be open to growing your caseload, which may include self-promotion on social media, and have availability during weekday evenings or weekends. We also offer opportunities for peer consultation and supervision, creating a space for ongoing learning and professional growth.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can do meaningful work without the isolation or logistical stress of running your own business, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your resume along with a short introduction about your interest in private practice via e-mail.
