Overview

Mental Health Therapist

Salary Range: (Licensed) $75,000 – $85,000 Per Year, DOE

(Licensure Candidate) $65,000 - $70,000 Per Year, DOE

Full-time, Onsite position, Flexible Schedule

At Chrysalis you can have a career in creating JOY and HEALing Generations! Our program serves adolescent girls ages 13-18 who may struggle with depression, anxiety and/or suicidal ideations. Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. As a primary Mental Health Therapist, you would be responsible for determining the best mitigating methods for the restoration of health.

Responsibilities
  • Create Master Treatment Plan for each student on caseload.
  • Collaborate with clinical team and other team members on interventions and treatment.
  • Teach clinical skills to students.
  • Help students process and create meaning from their experience.
  • Respond to student issues and behaviors that occur, utilizing clinical experience and knowledge to support students and model meaningful interventions.
  • File treatment logs for every session.
  • Rotating on call schedule.
  • Develop caring relationships with students while maintaining healthy personal boundaries.
  • Uphold campus expectations, rules and limits for students.
  • Follow program policies and state and federal laws.
  • Collaborate and coordinate between departments and staff teams.
  • Support Chrysalis mission statement.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ years of age or older.
  • Must have a current State of Montana Driver’s License.
  • Ability to obtain licensure in the State of Montana.
  • Preferred – One year experience with adolescents and families.
  • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, group, and experiential therapies.
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
  • Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
