Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment in North Vancouver is seeking a Designer 2, Men’s, to design Veilance men’s product and perspectives for city environments. You will create patterns, mockups and prototypes, collaborating across Fit & Pattern, Materials, and Development teams to ensure commercially viable outcomes.

You will translate market insights into innovative materials and construction techniques, stay current with industry trends, and support design leadership in line planning and seasonal handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing apparel products, with a focus on Men’s product.
• Strong pattern-making and prototype skills.
• Experience translating digital data to physical designs (e.g., CLO3D, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute assigned product designs with senior leaders, future oriented and user-centric.
• Define current and future guest needs via mood boards, consumer journeys and market analysis.
• Contribute to commercialization of innovative technologies, including materials and construction techniques.
