Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Milton is seeking a Membership Sales Associate for opening shifts. You will greet guests with energy, present the OTF concept, and manage front-desk tasks including phone calls and member interactions.

You will collaborate with trainers to guide intros, promote memberships, and participate in marketing events while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as intros
• Working at our front desk including answering phones and talking to members
• Giving studio tours
• Working with trainers to guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients; handling members’ concerns professionally to resolve issues
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Keeping all areas of the studio clean and organized
