Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Canada is seeking a welcoming front desk associate to join our North Vancouver studio. You will greet members, present the Orangetheory concept to guests, answer phones, give studio tours, and support trainers during intros.

Ideal candidates are energized, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping people sign up for memberships. The role offers a dynamic team, opportunities for growth, and a fitness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to promote memberships and OT F concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with energy and knowledge at the studio entrance.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Answer phones and assist front desk tasks.
• Give studio tours to guests and prospects.
• Coordinate with trainers to guide intros through workouts.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Handle member concerns professionally and seek resolutions.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
