YMCA of Niagara is seeking a part-time Membership Host to support member services in the Niagara Region. You’ll promote membership, provide friendly customer service, and guide new and renewing members using the Y WAY standards.
This role requires a minimum of 1 year of customer service and 1 year of sales experience. You’ll process transactions in the YMCA registration system, handle cash, and support program registrations. Two vacancies, placement date September 2026.
$18.11 - $18.66 per hour

The role of the Membership Host is to promote membership through selling memberships, promote the YMCA a nd provide excellent customer service using Y WAY standards a nd principles.
