YMCA of Niagara is seeking a part-time Youth Action Program – Community Programs Team Member in Welland. The role supports youth ages 10 to 14, with after-school and evening shifts and a willingness to travel within the Niagara Region. Pay is $18.16–$18.71 per hour plus YMCA membership benefits, with 6–25 hours per week across 4-10 vacancies.

Youth Action staff are responsible for the planning and implementation of recreation programs for youth aged 10 to 14 at program sites throughout the Niagara Region. They are energetic, outgoing, and committed to ensuring that participants in their programs have a fun experience. They are someone who wants to make a difference in the community by maintaining safe spaces for youth to be themselves, as well as promoting positive change through relationship building and role modelling.
