Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a high-energy Member Services Representative to help members and guests at our Winnipeg club. You will greet customers, answer questions, process sign-ups, tours, and member updates, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, a positive attitude, reliability, and basic computer skills. Physical tasks include occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and standing throughout shifts. 18+ years old.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and process new sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on club tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
