Job summary

Planet Fitness Calgary is seeking a Front Desk Associate who greets members, answers questions, processes payments, and promotes gym services with a friendly, professional attitude. You will balance multiple tasks, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Planet Fitness standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

This part-time role offers a flexible rotating schedule (16–28 hours/week), competitive hourly pay, health benefits for eligible staff, and a Free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months face-to-face customer service experience in retail, or one year fitness experience.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, friendly manner.
• Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Promote Planet Fitness products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Handle payments and issue receipts.

The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
