Job summary

Coastal Community Credit Union is seeking a Part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) in our Relationship Centre in Nanaimo. This on-site role offers a schedule from 7:30am to 8:30pm with varied shifts and a wage range of CAD 25.54 to CAD 30.19 per hour, under the union agreement.

You will handle financial/non-financial member transactions, inform members about products/services, answer calls, provide access to safety deposit boxes, and balance end-of-day tasks while delivering attentive

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis.
• 1 year post-secondary education.
• Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales and service position.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of transactions for members.
• Provide sales and service information about products/services.
• Answer telephone inquiries.
• Provide access to safety deposit boxes.
• End of day processing and balancing per procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
