Job summary

IQ Tennis & Pickleball Centre in Edmonton is seeking an energetic Member Services Lead to deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests. You will lead front desk staff, manage bookings, and help build a welcoming community around tennis, pickleball, health, and sport.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering opportunities for growth, a positive workplace, and access to court facilities for you and members.

IQ Tennis & Pickleball Centre is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Member Services Lead to help deliver an outstanding experience for our members and guests. We are a fast-growing startup sports facility and we are building something special — a positive, welcoming community centered around tennis, pickleball, health, and community.
