With a long history of keeping roads safe and giving back to build stronger communities, we offer a wide variety of meaningful, rewarding careers that move BC forward.

We are currently hiring a Member Service Representative for our Maple Ridge Service Location. This Temporary Full-time assignment will end in late August or early September.

As a Member Service Representative, you will be part of the Member-facing team that delivers exceptional Member experiences every time. • You’re an analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage and welcome incoming Members and proactively coordinate appointments with Advisors to ensure an optimal waiting experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls to confirm appointments, and monitor the Service Location email account.
  • Enhance Member value by promoting BCAA Membership, products, and services.
  • Process payments and documents.
