Job summary

Beem Credit Union in North Vancouver is seeking an Everyday Banking Associate to deliver accurate cash services and provide goal-based financial guidance. You will balance high-volume transactions with foundational financial coaching and digital onboarding, while upholding Beem’s People First values.

Based at the Lonsdale Branch, you’ll welcome members, discover needs, offer tailored solutions, and coach on digital tools to enhance convenience and long-term financial confidence.

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service, cash handling, or financial services preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.
Proven ability to build and maintain member relationships through proactive engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Execute everyday banking needs with personalized advisory and service delivery.
Lead all cash-related activities and balance transactions.
Provide needs discovery and tailored recommendations for savings, credit, or payments.
Educate members on digital and self-serve tools for convenience and efficiency.
