Job summary

Beem Credit Union in West Vancouver is seeking an Everyday Banking Associate to deliver accurate cash services, support fraud prevention, and provide goal-based financial guidance at the Park Royal branch.

In this sales-driven role, you’ll balance high-volume teller duties with financial coaching, digital onboarding, and proactive member relationship building, working a Monday and Saturday schedule with extra shifts on request.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business/finance is an asset.
• 1-2 years in customer service, cash handling, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Proven ability to establish, nurture, and strengthen member relationships through trust and proactive engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate everyday cash services and support fraud prevention.
• Grow the business through proactive relationship building and tailored advisory conversations.
• Balance high-volume transactions with financial coaching and digital onboarding.
