Job summary

Prospera is seeking a sales-oriented financial services professional to acquire and onboard new retail and business members in the local community. You will uncover needs, drive financial health checks, and recommend everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions.

With 1–3 years in financial services, you will engage in needs-based selling and may obtain a Mutual Funds license within six months. A Grade 12 or equivalent is required, with post-secondary in Business or Marketing an asset.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new retail and business members through proactive conversations.

• Recommend and deliver everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Manage small accounts and build a strong sales pipeline through referrals and follow-up.
• Support front‑line and omni-channel interactions while contributing to a collaborative Advice Centre.

The shift rotation for this role is Tuesday- Saturday.

The successful candidate must be a resident of the local community and live within close proximity preferably Sardis/Chilliwack.

Previous banking experience and exposure to retail banking operations are required for this role.

A Mutual Fund License or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required at the time of hire or must be obtained within six months of starting in the position.

What you do

Compensation

• Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.
• The salary for this role is $46,000 to $57,500. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
