Job summary

Prospera is seeking a motivated Banking Associate at our Burquitlam Branch in Coquitlam to acquire and onboard new retail and business members through proactive conversations.

You will uncover members' needs, propose everyday banking, lending and investment solutions, and nurture a sales pipeline through referrals while delivering friendly, expert service in a collaborative Advice Centre.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a sales environment.
• Exposure to lending and investment products and needs‑based selling.
• Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Strong communication skills, financial curiosity, and comfort with technology.
• Grade 12 (or equivalent); post‑secondary education in Business or Marketing is an asset.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.
• The salary for this role is $46,000 to $57,500. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
