Job summary

Fit4Less Canada in London, Ontario is seeking a friendly Host to support members with memberships, greet guests, handle inquiries, and assist with automated systems and club processes. The role includes daily cleaning, safety, and delivering a welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some teamwork experience, and basic safety certifications such as WHMIS and First Aid/CPR. The selected candidate will be paid minimum wage with an estimated CAD 7,600 annual total

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Written communication skills.
• WHMIS certification.
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist members with memberships and club processes.
• Assist with membership management and guidance on automated options.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to Fit4Less standards.
• Report incidents and escalate where needed.
• Assist guests and educate on club amenities and processes.
