Job summary

Coast Capital is hiring a Member Advice Specialist (Fixed-Term 18 months) at the Clearbrook Branch. You will greet members and help with everyday banking, while identifying sales opportunities and offering solutions across our product lineup.

This role requires at least three years of experience in banking or credit unions, a Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada, and a Finance/Business related degree. Starting salary range is $56,300 to $67,600 CAD, with full-time regular hours.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in banking or credit union (sales/referrals)
• Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada required
• Post-secondary education in finance, business administration or related field
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive retail banking experiences and assist members with everyday banking
• Proactively identify and refer sales opportunities across Coast Capital products
• Assist with setting up electronic services and accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Promote funds, deposits, lending and investment products to meet member needs
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to achieve branch targets and service standards
