Job summary

Innovation Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor to deliver outstanding member service and financial guidance across our product suite. You’ll respond to inquiries, advise on banking solutions, and actively promote products to meet member needs.

You will manage a regional portfolio, leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency and member experience, with travel up to 200 km as required.

Qualifications

Completion of a high school diploma/GED.
A people person who possesses excellent communication skills.
Someone who values Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.
Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation.
Proficient in digital literacy, including critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!
Respond to members’ inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members’ banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200km) as required.
Innovation’s Travel Practice Guidelines will be followed.
