Innovation Federal Credit Union in Saskatchewan invites you to join as a Member Advisor to help members with banking needs and trusted guidance across our financial products and services.

You will be the first point of contact for support, promote products, manage a regional portfolio, and use digital tools to enhance the member experience while traveling up to 200 km as required. The role requires a people-focused mindset, strong problem solving, and comfort with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with risk awareness and integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and first point of resolution.
• Respond to member inquiries with advice on financial products and services.
• Promote and sell cash and non-cash products and services.
• Manage an assigned portfolio with personalized guidance.
• Utilize digital solutions to improve member experience.
• Willing to travel regionally up to 200km.
• Follow Innovation’s Travel Practice Guidelines.
