Job summary

Beautifi is seeking an Account Specialist, Medspa West to support onboarding, activation, nurture, and ongoing management of clinic partners across Beautifi’s Medical Aesthetics vertical. This in-office role in Vancouver involves guiding clinics through onboarding, helping them adopt Beautifi’s financing tools, and driving initial loan activity.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager, Medspa West, managing Salesforce records, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales development, account management or B2B sales (preferably in aesthetics/loan financing/BNPL).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, activation, nurture, and management of clinic partners.
• Assist in driving first lead, first application, and first funded loan.
• Maintain Salesforce records and monitor account activity.
• Provide ongoing training, talk tracks, and workflow guidance to clinics.
