The New Vision Family Health Team (FHT) is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Medical Receptionist.
The New Vision FHT is located in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Our interdisciplinary team is comprised of approximately 40 clinical and administrative staff who work seamlessly with our 16 Family Physicians to provide integrated, team-based, patient-centered primary care. We offer a friendly, collaborative, and professional environment in a spacious facility.
Position Summary:
As an integral member of the New Vision FHT, the Medical Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, OHIP and third-party billing, as well as performing other administrative duties as assigned.
