Schedule:
  • Tuesday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Alternating Friday and Saturday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients, creating a positive impression
  • Optimize appointment scheduling to fill the day with limited gaps
  • Manage recall system and maintain patient database
  • Handle patient calls, inquiries, and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and manage patient records
About You:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Dental software experience and clinical background are assets
