Momentum Health Creekside is hiring a Part-Time Medical Office Administrator in Calgary. The role supports a multidisciplinary clinic, handles front desk duties, patient scheduling, and billing processes, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma, medical office experience, and familiarity with billing systems. The position is a one-year term with weekend/evening coverage and a pay rate of CAD 17–19 per hour.

Our multidisciplinary clinic has several exam rooms and a dedicated gym and rehab area. We have a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout the Calgary area. The clinic offers innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, Hip & Knee Programs.
Exceptional patient service, collaborative care and continued growth and improvement are highly valued at Momentum Health. We are presently seeking a Part-Time enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Location: Momentum Health Creekside 12192 Symons Valley Rd NW #4,Calgary,AB, T3P 0A3
Required Hours: Thursday 2pm-8pm, Friday 1pm-6pm, and Saturday 9am-2pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour
