About the Role

Western Community College is seeking qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) to deliver selected laboratory courses and practical training sessions within the Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) Program.

A minimum availability of two days per week may be considered, with adjusted daily hours or an extended teaching period to accommodate the required course hours.

A subsequent teaching assignment is anticipated at WCC’s Abbotsford Campus starting January 4, 2027.

MLT instructors are required for specific courses and laboratory sections within each MLA cohort, rather than for all courses in the program. Additional assignments may become available with future cohorts, depending on enrolment, course schedules, and program requirements.
