Medical Director / Nurse Practitioner for Medical Spa

Position: Nurse Practitioner/Medical Director

Job Type: Part-Time

Industry: Medical Aesthetics / Medical Spa

As the Nurse Practitioner or Medical Director, you will combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. Your role includes providing advanced clinical care, managing a team, and overseeing medical operations at our Medical Spa. You will work directly with clients and ensure high standards of care across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including aesthetic consultations and treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
• Administer medical procedures safely and effectively.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Medical Aesthetics or related procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments).
• 3-5 years of experience as an NP, focused on medical aesthetics.
• Experience as a Medical Director in a medical spa or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
