MDBilling.ca is a growing healthcare technology company that offers fast, accurate, and reliable medical billing software and services for Ontario physicians. Since 2009, our billing platform maximizes revenue for physicians while saving them time. At MDBilling.ca, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism while providing a flexible work environment. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work with our Ontario Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and enhance the MDBilling.ca brand of excellence. This position is full-time, permanent, with a remote working environment.

What Will You Do?

  1. Maintain accurate customer account records
  2. Process medical claims
  3. Reconcile monthly remittance advice
  4. Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  5. Respond to billing questions
  6. Respond to emails in a timely manner

What do you need to succeed? Must have;

  • 4+ years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of general computer knowledge
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet high-quality standards while handling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Outstanding personal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Nice to Have

  • OHIP Billing work experience (a huge plus)
  • Completion of certified courses - Medical Billing or equivalent
