Role Summary

Plan and perform care gap advanced analytics and segment HCPs and KOLs using real-world data sources as input.

Role Responsibilities

• Support Care Gaps & Segmentation Team Leader in strategic and tactical planning regarding medical analyses.
• Collaborate with the team leader to communicate insights.
• Provide mentorship & coaching to Data Scientists & Data Engineering.
• Develop and disseminate analytical best practices for care gap analyses and HCP segmentation.
• Identify future opportunities to enhance care gap and segmentation solutions.

Planning and Conducting Medical Analyses

• Prepare datasets for high-complexity analytical needs, collaborating with data engineers.
• Lead end-to-end care gap analyses, including data input and visualization.
• Perform asset-specific care gap analyses using advanced techniques.
• Create HCP segments, maps, and priorities to guide Medical Affairs activities.

Basic Qualifications

• Leadership experience, influencing and collaborating with peers, developing others, and overseeing work.
• Degree in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Clinical Informatics, or related with advanced qualification.
• Relevant certification or experience in data engineering.
• 8+ years (Bachelors), 7+ (Masters), or 5+ (PhD) in healthcare data sciences.
• Ability to lead projects and support colleagues' growth.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical medicine, clinical trials, GCP, and data interpretation.
