Role Summary
Plan and perform care gap advanced analytics and segment HCPs and KOLs using real-world data sources as input.
Role Responsibilities
- Support Care Gaps & Segmentation Team Leader in strategic and tactical planning regarding medical analyses.
- Collaborate with the team leader to communicate insights.
- Provide mentorship & coaching to Data Scientists & Data Engineering.
- Develop and disseminate analytical best practices for care gap analyses and HCP segmentation.
- Identify future opportunities to enhance care gap and segmentation solutions.
Planning and Conducting Medical Analyses
- Prepare datasets for high-complexity analytical needs, collaborating with data engineers.
- Lead end-to-end care gap analyses, including data input and visualization.
- Perform asset-specific care gap analyses using advanced techniques.
- Create HCP segments, maps, and priorities to guide Medical Affairs activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Leadership experience, influencing and collaborating with peers, developing others, and overseeing work.
- Degree in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Clinical Informatics, or related with advanced qualification.
- Relevant certification or experience in data engineering.
- 8+ years (Bachelors), 7+ (Masters), or 5+ (PhD) in healthcare data sciences.
- Ability to lead projects and support colleagues' growth.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical medicine, clinical trials, GCP, and data interpretation.
Technical Skills
- Industry knowledge, customer focus, decision-making, adaptability, strategic thinking, leadership development, and application of technology in life sciences.

- Work location: 2-3 days/week in Pfizer office or as needed.
- Salary range: $156,600 - $261,000 (US). Additional benefits include bonus, stock options, 401(k), health coverage, and more.
