Medical Aesthetician Manager with Sales Experience

We are seeking a talented and experienced Medical Aesthetician Manager with a passion for aesthetics and sales to lead our team in providing exceptional skincare services. The ideal candidate will combine advanced knowledge of aesthetic treatments with leadership skills and a strong background in sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is excited to help grow our business while providing top-tier treatments to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of aestheticians, ensuring high standards of performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Management: Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting aesthetic services and products, meeting sales targets, and creating strategies to boost business performance.
  3. Client Consultation & Care: Conduct thorough skin assessments, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Treatment Administration: Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other medical-grade procedures in accordance with safety and industry standards.
  5. Staff Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and education to the aesthetician team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales capabilities.
  6. Inventory & Product Management: Oversee inventory of skincare products, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and timely ordering.
  7. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with state regulations and health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician with expertise in advanced skin care treatments and medical-grade procedures.
  2. Management experience in a spa or medical aesthetics environment, including team leadership and development.
  3. Strong sales background, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an aesthetic or beauty-related field.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  5. In-depth knowledge of skincare products and the ability to effectively recommend and sell products.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  7. Ability to stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and treatments.
