Job summary

Rejuvenation Medical Group in Ontario seeks a Medical Office Assistant to join our clinic. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, handle billing, and support front desk operations with EMR and MS Office proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in medical administration, MOA program asset, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of clinic workflows. We offer ongoing training, career growth, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in medical administration or clinical reception.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflows.
  • Completion of the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients on arrival and provide the Rejuvenation experience through excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments, manage reminder calls, and conduct follow-ups.
  • Answer online inquiries through Textline.
  • Manage client referrals and patient information database.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions.
  • Assist with UV Phototherapy: room patients, chart visits, and billing codes.
  • Keep reception area tidy and stocked with supplies.
  • Participate in monthly product and customer service training.
  • Educate customers on clinic products and services.
  • Perform other front desk duties as requested by management.

Role Responsibilities

T h e Medical Office Assistants responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet clients upon arrival and provide the Rejuvenation experience through excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for receptionist tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling reminder calls, and conducting follow-up calls.
  • Answer online customer inquiries through Textline software.
  • Manage client referrals and patient information database.
  • Handle client billing and payment transactions.
  • Perform duties associated with UV Phototherapy, including rooming patients, charting visits, reviewing safety protocols and entering billing codes.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Participate in monthly product training and customer service training as needed.
  • Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic.
  • Perform other front desk duties as requested by management and supervisory team.

Role Qualifications

  • Completion of the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program is an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in medical administration or clinical reception.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflow procedures.

Clinic Hours

Candidates must have flexibility to work within the following hours of operation:

  • Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday - Based on clinic needs
  • Sunday - Closed
