Job summary

Rejuvenation Medical Group in Calgary is seeking an experienced Laser Technician to join our dermatology and aesthetics team. You will perform laser hair removal, facials, peels, and related treatments while ensuring patient safety and exceptional service.

The role requires a licensed esthetician with strong communication and a client-focused approach. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred as part of our close-knit, growth-minded practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or equivalent certification in aesthetics or cosmetic laser technology.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in medical aesthetics or spa environment.
• Proven technical proficiency in laser and aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the U experience by warmly welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Perform facials and glycolic peels, provide makeup applications when needed.
• Safely and professionally perform body contouring, dermal infusions, laser hair removal, micro needling, thermage, clear and brilliant, cool sculpting.
• Advise clients on skin care and provide recommendations on suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Educate clients on in house products and proper skin care regimes.
• Go above and beyond to meet client expectations.
• Maintaining product knowledge to promote spa services.
• Build up loyal clientele to maximize patient schedule.
• Perform appointment bookings, reminder and follow-up calls.

Role Responsibilities

T h e Laser Technician 's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide the “U” experience by warmly welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service

• Advise clients on skin care and provide recommendations on suitable treatments and home care regimens
• Educate clients on in house products and proper skin care regimes.
• Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
• Maintaining product knowledge to promote spa services
• Build up loyal clientele to maximize patient schedule
• Perform appointment bookings, reminder and follow-up calls.
• Handle client information in a professional and confidential manner
• Participate in product training as needed
• Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic
• Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team

Role Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or equivalent certification in aesthetics or cosmetic laser technology.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical aesthetics or spa environment.
• Proven technical proficiency in laser and aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and professional conduct.

Clinic Hours

Candidates must have flexibility to work within the following hours of operation:

• Wednesday 7 :00 am - 8:00 pm
