Job summary

Rejuvenation Medical Group in Canada is seeking a licensed aesthetician or laser technician to join our growing dermatology and aesthetics team. You will perform facial treatments, conduct skin consultations, and educate clients on post-treatment care while maintaining accurate records and high hygiene standards.

In this full-time role you’ll collaborate with physicians and nurses, support product sales, and stay current with new treatments and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Aesthetician or Laser Technician program.
• Licensed or certified to perform medical-aesthetic procedures in accordance with provincial regulations.
• Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or spa environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of skincare products, technologies, and treatment safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, laser, and other skincare procedures in accordance with training and clinic protocols.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, client records, and follow-up documentation.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and ongoing skin maintenance.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and equipment care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Assist in promoting skincare products and retail sales to support clinic performance.
• Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and trends in aesthetics.
• Support clinic operations by preparing rooms and ensuring treatment areas are clean and stocked.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and client-centered culture.
