IME Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) to join our team on a permanent basis. As the largest IME provider in the Lower Mainland, BC, we perform immigration medical exams with IRCC-registered panel physicians across multiple clinics in Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, and Langley.
The MAA will support our panel physicians by performing clerical and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, creating eMedical cases, replying to email queries, and answering phone calls. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be thoughtful and discreet, possess great organizational skills, and be able to manage large amounts of detailed information. They should be comfortable working independently and in a team setting, with welcoming customer service skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a similar role and those who can speak Punjabi or Hindi. Candidates who speak a second language will also be considered.
