The Role:

Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Media Strategist. Reporting directly to the Director of Media Strategy, you will work with some of the industry's most talented sales and operations specialists. In this role, you will focus on pre-sales support, service development, and data storytelling. The ideal candidate will be an experienced strategist with initiative and curiosity. The Basics

Team: Operations, Media Strategy
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule, able to cover 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Toronto, Ontario, Canada time zone. ( Eastern Standard Time (EST))

About this Opportunity - What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Helping shape and drive media strategy for client campaigns
  • Recommending the right products and services based on client briefs and media RFPs
  • Verifying reach and inventory availability to support sales proposals
  • Managing internal supply lists and strategy documentation
  • Conducting research and analysis for major brands to guide media decisions
  • Turning insights and analytics into clear KPIs, then tracking campaign performance
  • Supporting post-campaign wrap-up with reporting, insights, and case study development
  • Collaborating across teams to make sure everything we deliver is cohesive, accurate, and impactful
  • Working on brand lift studies, foot traffic reporting, and other specialty measurement projects
  • Staying sharp on media trends, tools, and platform updates so we’re always ahead of the curve
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
  • Researching audiences, channel performance, and placement opportunities
  • Translating insights into smart, audience-first media strategies
  • Setting and tracking media KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPC, etc.)
  • Collaborating with account management team, the dev team, and the operations teams to align execution
Measurement & Data
  • Pulling and analyzing campaign data to fuel insights and recommendations
  • Supporting brand lift and foot traffic measurement efforts
  • Creating case studies that spotlight what worked and why
Does This Sound Like You?
  • 2 - 4 years in media planning, strategy, or a similar agency environment
  • Experience working on programmatic and display campaigns
  • Confident working with campaign data and performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Familiar with Asana, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A natural storyteller who can connect data to insights
  • Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow
  • Autonomous worker with initiative and interest in growing
