Job description

As we expand, we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business, revenue growth and support our aggressive expansion plans. If you’re passionate about digital advertising and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and deliver results (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Build relationships with potential clients, both in-person and virtually, to understand their advertising needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage advertising campaigns.
  • Track client interactions using CRM software and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Innovate and explore competitors, new markets and sales strategies to fuel business growth.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales and account management within digital advertising.
  • Strong experience in selling digital ad products (display ads, content, social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A creative team player who enjoys problem-solving and innovative thinking.
