The Impact you'll Make:

Do you love the challenge of scaling media solutions? As a Media Planner, you'll play a key role in the growth of our Advance business by delivering impactful results for our clients. We're looking for a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who's excited to solve problems and collaborate with our Media Intelligence and Measurement teams. What you Will Do:

  • Media Strategy & Execution
  • Identify campaign opportunities for clients to leverage for business objectives
  • Build and implement solutions that address common client challenges and opportunities, supported with data and historical performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, tools and processes that maximize campaign design effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaigns design to ensure efficient design of audience targeting, channel strategy, budget allocation of ad placements to optimize exposure and ROI.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to optimize campaigns’ media strategies while in flight for optimal performance against goal KPIs
  • Coordinate post-campaign reporting and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Establish a feedback loop for which campaign strategies resonate most with various clients and also perform well against business objectives

Does this Sound Like You?

  • 2-3 years in media planning, strategy, or advertising operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize media performance.
  • Proficiency in media buying and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with budget management and media investment allocation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
