SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Mechatronics Design Release Engineer to support Integrated Center Stack (ICS) components. The role focuses on vehicle issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and local plant/lauch support in Auburn Hills, MI.

The position requires TN visa eligibility (Canadian citizenship) and collaboration across Design, Electrical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Engineering teams to ensure successful design release and vehicle launches.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, validation, and release of Integrated Center Stack (ICS) components.
• Review returned parts at QEC and investigate vehicle-level issues to identify root causes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and engineering teams.
• Implement and validate corrective actions at local U.S. manufacturing plants.
• Provide hands-on support during vehicle builds, plant issues, and launches.
• Support engineering changes, component validation, and design release activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Electrical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Engineering teams.
