The role involves design release activities, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on support during vehicle builds and launches at U.S. manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, validation, and release of Steering Wheel Switch (SWS) components.
• Review returned parts at QEC and investigate vehicle-level issues to determine root causes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and engineering teams.
• Implement and validate corrective actions at local U.S. manufacturing plants.
• Provide hands-on support during vehicle builds, plant issues, and product launches.
• Manage engineering changes and support component validation and release activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Electrical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Engineering teams.
